• Prices, taxes, and shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates; Go Rip and Flip is not liable for carrier delays.

• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon shipment.

• International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
   

Returns & Refunds

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are handled according to our Return Policy.

• Items must be returned in original condition; return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Auction & Bidding Policy

Eligibility

• Must be 18+ and have a valid account to participate.
   

Participation

• All bids are binding.

• Bids must meet or exceed minimum increments.

• Start and end times are final; Go Rip and Flip is not responsible for system or internet errors.
   

Winning & Payment

• Highest valid bid at auction close wins.

• Payment must be made on the same day as the day of the winner notification.

• Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
   

Item Condition & Authenticity

• Auction items are sold “as-is”.

• Descriptions and photos represent items to the best of our ability.

• Go Rip and Flip does not guarantee market value or resale value.

• Grading/authentication is based on third-party providers.
   

Bidding Misconduct

• Shill bidding, multiple accounts, or bid manipulation is prohibited.

• Violations may result in bid cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.
   

Cancellations & Refunds

• Auctions may be canceled or rescheduled at Go Rip and Flip’s discretion.

• Refunds are issued only if the auction is canceled or an error occurs.
   

Shipping & Delivery

• Items are shipped after payment confirmation.

• Buyers are responsible for shipping, taxes, customs, and risk of loss.
   

Dispute Resolution

• Disputes should be reported immediately.

• Louisiana law governs disputes, resolved in state or federal courts in Ascension/Gonzales.
